Winemaking notes: 100% Viognier grown on granite soils, aged on the lees in French oak for 9 months. 

Tasting note: the ‘La Chambée’ is pale gold in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of honeysuckle, lemon, mango, guava, candied lime zest, caramel, butter cookie, and honey. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of rose petals, honeysuckle, hibiscus, lemon, dragonfruit, nectarine, cantaloupe, cream, vanilla, nutmeg, and a touch of ginger and green tea. Drink now though 2026, this wine is very good: 9.3/10.
