Winemaking notes: 100% Chardonnay grown on marl and clay soils, aged in a combination of stainless steel and 225-liter barrels.

Tasting note: the Pouilly-Fuissé is pale gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of jasmine, lemon blossom, pink apple, pear, mandarin, crème fraiche, chalk and mint. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of marigold, acacia, lemon verbena, ripe red apple, Anjou pear, yogurt, menthol and tarragon leaf. Drink now through 2026; this wine is very good: 9.0/10.
