Winemaking notes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from an 8-hectare section of the family’s vineyards of sandy loam soils of alluvial character on limestone bedrock. The Quincy appellation is a small 270-hectare area on the river Cher. The wine was aged on the fine lees in tank for a few months.

Tasting note: the Quincy is pale gold in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of marigold, lilac, white peach, green melon, kiwi, hazelnut and chalk. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of pineapple, dragonfruit, white peach, yogurt, and a touch of ginger and tarragon. Drink now, this wine is very very good: 9.4/10.
