Tasting note: the Cassagnoles is pale lemon in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of lilac, lime, lemongrass, wheat grass and musk. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium-minus body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of lime, lemon balm, grass, gypsum, musk and fennel. Drink now, this wine is simple but good: 8.6/10. There’s not a lot of complexity here but it is fresh and free of flaws.
