Tasting note: the Cotes de Gascogne is medium gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of dandelion tea, honeysuckle, hibiscus, dried apricot, dragonfruit, honey and wet stones. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, melding alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and flavors of lilac, lime, honey, dried apricot, nectarine and pineapple mint. Drink now, this wine is good: 8.8/10 but fading. There is a lovely tartness to it that has kept it going for longer than expected.
