Winemaking notes: from the estate’s oldest vineyard planted in 1936, the cuvée is know as “Lilly flowers”, and contains 80% Marsanne & 20% Roussanne planted on a hills of sand and silty soils. 

Tasting note: the Saint-Péray is medium gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of dandelion tea, honey, flan, crème caramel, white peach and pineapple mint. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, high alcohol, medium+ body, pronounced flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of acacia, vanilla, toasted bread, honey and hazelnut, candied apricot, baked graham cracker and elderberry. Drink from 2024, this Saint-Péray from the Northern Rhône Valley is outstanding: 9.8/10, there is a gorgeous intensity and complexity to this and it has almost the balance and length to be a perfect wine.
