Tasting note: the Fernand Châteaux de Giennois if pale gold in color with a clean nose medium intensity with aromas of jasmine, grapefruit, lychee blossom, lemongrass and mint. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, high alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of acaci, dragonfruit, lychee, nectarine, tarragon and mint. Drink now, this Sauvignon Blanc from the Central Loire is very good: 9.0/10!
