Winemaking notes: 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay & 10% Meunier estate grown on Jurassic limestone soils near the Village of Kimmeridge, 24 months on the lees and finished with just 6g/L of dosage. 

Tasting note: the Bride Valley Brut Rosé is medium pink orange in color with a clean nose of pronounced intensity with aromas of orange blossom, marmalade, cranberry, tangerine, yogurt and saltine cracker. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of hibiscus, rose hip, orange blossom, dried cranberry, bruised apple, red currant, pink ginger and tarragon leaf. Drink now through 2027, this Dorset sparkling wine from South England is very good: 9.4/10.
