Winemaking notes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from silico-agrilo-calcaire soils. The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed and fermented with natural yeast in stainless steel tank where they are aged on the fine lees for four months.
Tasting note: the Chézelles Touraine is pale gold in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity aroma of jasmine, grapefruit, white peach, lychee blossom and lemongrass. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of jasmine, elderflower, gooseberry, dragon fruit, lychee blossom, grapefruit zest and lemongrass.
