Winemaking notes: 100% Gringet from old vines, in organic conversion, the grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed and fermented in tank before the wine is aged sûr latte for 11 months on the lees in bottle méthode traditionelle. This is finished fairly dry with the dosage of 7g/L.

Tasting note: the Montessuit Grande Réserve is medium gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of lilac, dandelion tea, nectarine, white peach, grapefruit, lemon candy, yogurt, brioche and wheatgrass. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of honeysuckle, acacia, lemon balm, verbena, grapefruit, nectarine, yogurt, toasted bread, lemongrass and nettle. Drink now, this wine is good: 8.9/10.
