Winemaking notes: 100% Savignin grown on Triassic mark soils from the famous La Bardotte vineyard in the Sorbief district of Arbois. The vineyard is 1.5 hectares of Savignin planted in 1987 facing southwest over the RN 83. The wine is aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak without any oxidative techniques. 

Tasting note: this wine is medium gold with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of almond blossom, acacia, lemon, apple sauce, fresh red apple, bruised apple, cheese, yogurt, mint and fennel. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of lilac, acacia, apple, lemon, apple butter, yogurt, cream, hazelnut, marzipan, mint and marjoram.
