Winemaking notes: 100% Pinot Gris from young vines grown on siliceous gravel soils. The farming is done biodynamically and the winemaking direct press with 5 months on the fine lees in tank. This wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation.
Tasting note: the Reuilly Pinot Gris is medium gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of acacia blossom, lemon blossom, honeydew melon, and blanched almonds. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors or acacia, rose water, lychee blossom, melon, white peach, dragon fruit and fennel. Drink now through 2025, this wine is very good: 9.2/10.
