Winemaking notes: 100% Meunier from Valle de la Marne, with vines in 57 plots in 7 villages. The wine is fermented in new french oak barrel, aged sûr latte for 6 years and bottled with no dosage. 

Tasting note: the Champagne is medium orange, almost a faded rose gold, in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of peony, rose hip, orange blossom, dried red apple, dried cranberry, grenadine, biscuit, saltine, blood orange and tarragon. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, pronounced flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of rose hip, bruised apple, pomegranate, grenadine syrup, orange peel, lime peel, brioche, marmalade jelly and tarragon leaf. Drink now through 2029, this wine is outstanding: 9.6/10.
