Winemaking notes: 100% Gamay Noir fermented on the skins for a few hours. 

Tasting note: the Beaujolais Rosé is pale pink-orange in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of hibiscus, peony, orange blossom white peach and wax. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, med body, medium alcohol, medium-minus body, medium flavor intensity and medium finish flavors of orange blossom, lilac, hibiscus tea, winter nectarine, honeydew melon and a touch of tarragon leaf. Drink now, this wine is good: 8.8/10.
