Winemaking notes: 40% Mourvèdre, 30% Cinsault, 20% Grenache Noir & 10% Syrah, the Syrah and Grenache spend a few hours on the skins while the Mourvèdre and Cinsault are direct press méthode. Certified organic. 

Tasting note: the Minervois Rosé is pale pink in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of carnation, lilac, lavender, strawberry, licorice, fennel, wax and herbs de Provence. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium-minus body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of lilac, dandelion tea, nectarine, mirabel plum, sour melon, and herbs de Provence. Drink now, this wine is good: 8.9/10.
