Tasting note: the Monthélie is medium garnet in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of rose hip, pomegranate, dark cherry, blood orange, orange peel, gypsum and a touch of cinnamon and smoke. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium+ tannin, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of rose hip tea, pomegranate, sour cherry, cranberry, blood orange, iron, black tea, resin, forest floor and clove. Drink from 2026, this Pinot Noir from the Côte de Beaune is good: 8.8/10.
