Winemaking notes: 100% Chardonnay from 50-year-old vines planted on clay limestone soils. The wine is barrel-fermented and aged in older oak barrels for 10 months with weekly battônage. “This Pouilly-Fuissé is made from two of the best plots of Vergisson: ‘Ronchevat’ and ‘En Carmentrant’”

Tasting note: the Pouilly Fuissé is medium gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of honey, apple, lemon, cream, pineapple mint and fennel. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of apple, lemon, cream, butter, chalk and pineapple mint.
