Tasting note: the Savennières is medium gold in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of honeysuckle, quince, peach, apple, clementine, slate, lanolin, acacia and ginger. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, high alcohol, medium+ body, pronounced flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of acacia, clementine, quince, apple, ginger, slate, lanolin, honey, beeswax and tarragon leaf.
