Winemaking notes: 100% Chardonnay from 30-year-old vines, fermented with native years and aged on the lees in tank for one year. The ‘Vau de Vey’ premier cru is a cool vineyard site on the left bank of the River Serein.

Tasting note: the Chablis Premier Cru is pale gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of jasmine, apple, lemon, chalk and petrichor. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of jasmine, acacia, yellow apple, white peach, yogurt, cheese, fennel, chalk and pineapple mint. Drink now through 2026, this Chablis from the Yonne region of Bourgogne is very good: 9.1/10.
