Winemaking notes: 65% Pinot Blanc, 15% Muscat, 14% Riesling & 6% Gewurztraminer from a 2-hectare block of vines aged over 30 years. The vines are organically farmed and the fermentation for the Pinot Blanc and Riesling take place in large oak foudre and the Muscat, and Gewurztraminer in stainless steel. The wine aged on the fine lees for six months. 

Tasting note: the Alsace Blanc blend is medium lemon in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of lemon blossom, acacia, jasmine, lemon skin, white peach and almond skin. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of lilac, orange blossom, honeydew, neroli, almond, wildflower honey and marjoram leaf. Drink now, this wine is very good: 9.0/10.
