Winemaking notes: 100% Roussanne organically-farmed from 20-year-old vines grown on decomposed granite, the grapes are pressed whole cluster and fermented with native yeast and aged in 3-year-old French oak barrels for six months. 

Tasting note: the Saint-Joseph Blanc is medium gold in color with a clean nose of medium-minus intensity with aromas of honeysuckle, hawthorn, green apple, white peach, green tea and peppermint. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, high alcohol, full body, pronounced flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of honeysuckle, hawthorn, nettle, white peach, green tea, honeydew, cedar, balsam, rosewood and peppermint. Drink from 2026, this Roussanne from the Northern Rhône Valley is very good: 9.5/10.
