Tasting note: the Crémant is pale gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of jasmine blossom, apple, lemon, cream and toasted water cracker. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of jasmine, acacia, lemon, cream, toasted bread, dough, butter and mint leaf. Drink now, this wine is good: 8.7/10.
