Winemaking notes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc biodynamically-farmed, Demeter certified, grown on terres blanches soils, caillotes and silex soils in three different vineyards. Vines are aged 20 – 40 years. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and terra cotta cars with natural yeast and lightly filtered before bottling. 

Tasting note: the Sancerre is pale gold in color with a clean nose of medium-minus intensity with aromas of oleander, magnolia, marigold, white peach, goose berry, grapefruit, guava and pineapple mint. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of oleander, magnolia, pink grapefruit, lemon, nectarine, wet stones and pineapple mint.
