Tasting note: the Banyuls Blanc is deep gold in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of honeysuckle, magnolia, marigold, peach, pear, lychee, apricot, honey, flan and tarragon. On the palate this when is sweet with medium acid, high alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of honeysuckle, lychee, apricot, mirabelle plum, peach, grilled hazelnuts, marzipan, honey, cream, fennel and taragon leaf.
