Winemaking notes: 100% Pinot Noir aged six months on the lees in tank.  

Tasting note: the Sancerre Rosé is pale pink in color with a clean nose medium- intensity with aromas of carnation, jasmine, rose water, peardrop, kirsch, cherry, and tarragon. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of lycee blossom, hibiscus tea, watermelon, cantaloupe and tarragon leaf. Drink now this wine is very good: 9.1/10.
