Tastkk I’mg note: the Premier Cru Champagne is deep lemon in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of acacia, lilac, lemon, green apple, tangerine, marcona almond, buttered croissant and apple mint. On the palate this Champagne is bone dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with of lilac, jasmine, lemon, green apple, pineapple, toasted bread, cream, almonds, chalk, wet stone and spearmint.
