Tasting note: the Côteaux de Giennois is medium gold in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of lychee blossom, acacia, white peach, pink grapefruit, kaffir and lemongrass. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium body, pronounced flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of acacia, hibiscus, lychee blossom, lemon, pink grapefruit, dragonfruit, beeswax, wet stones and lemongrass. Drink now, this Sauvignon Blanc form the Centre Loire Valley is very good: 9.4/10. Gorgeous flavor intensity and concentration of fruit, really nice balance and length!
