Winemaking notes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, sustainably-farmed, on limestone-clay marl soils. The wine goes through a slow fermentation in cool tanks for up to 10 weeks with some stirring of the fine lees but no malo. 

Tasting note: the Sancerre Blanc is medium lemon in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of jasmine, acacia, lemon, grapefruit, nectarine and lemongrass. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of lemon blossom, acacia, yuzu, kiwi, wet stones, chalk and applemint. Drink now, this Sauvignon Blanc from Centre Loire is good: 8.9/10.
