Tasting note: the Touraine Sauvignon is medium lemon in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of jasmine, guava, kiwi, pink grapefruit, fennel, lemongrass and Serrano. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of jasmine, magnolia, lemon, grapefruit, kiwi, guava, lemongrass, oolong spice and tarragon leaf. Drink now, this Sauvignon Blanc from Touraine is very good: 9.0/10. Very lively and fresh and with a wonderful balance and intensity; impressive for an appellation where wines often underperform.
