Winemaking notes: 40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Marsanne & 30% Vermentino (Rolle) from 15-30-year-old vines grown on clay and limestone soils with gravel and galet stones. The varieties are fermented separately and the wine is aged on the lees in tank for five months.
Tasting note: the Languedoc Blanc is pale gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of acacia, pear, nectarine, nettle, straw, green tea and lemongrass. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of acacia, honeysuckle, nectarine, green melon, green tea, honeycomb, white pepper and tarragon leaf. Drink now, this white blend from the South of France is good: 8.8/10.
