Tasting note. the Brut Champagne is medium gold in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of magnolia, jasmine, baked apples, pear, almond paste, marzipan cookies, cinnamon, butter, cream, and apple mint. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of white blossom, lemon blossom, lemon zest, apple, pear, marmalade, almond paste, caramel, butterscotch, yogurt, cheese, toasted brioche, and apple mint and pineapple mint. Drink now, this wine is very good: 9.1/10. This was lovely with richness and had some serious complexity. Billed as a gastronomic he Champagne, it is a drier and richer style than the entry Brut.
