Winemaking notes: 60% Grenache Blanc, 20% Roussanne, 15% Bourboulenc & 5% Clairette from cooler hillside vineyards in the appellation. The grapes are farmed sustainably, HVE, and the wine is aged in a combination of neutral oak and tank on the fine lees for six months.

Tasting note: the Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is pale lemon in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of acacia, Hawthorne, green melon, cateloupe. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of hawthorn, melon, white peach, yuzu, mandarin, green tea, beeswax and herbs de Provence.
