Winemaking notes: 50% Chardonnay & 50% Pinot Noir aged on the lees for five years before disgorgement and the addition of 9g/L sugar. The Chardonnay comes from the Côtes de Blancs.

Tasting note: the Grand Cru Champagne is deep gold in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of lemon blossom, ripe red apple, yuzu, yellow peach, brioche, triscuit, toasted pistachio, white nougat, and cream. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of acacia, lemon blossom, lemon zest, winter nectarine, yellow peach, pink lady apple, kirsch, bread dough, yogurt, cheese, nougat, leather, amber oil, cardamom and Moroccan mint.
