Winemaking notes: the Champagne is medium gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of magnolia, hibiscus tea, raspberry, dried cranberry, dried apple, leather and applemint. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of magnolia, hibiscus, dried apple, baked apple, raspberry liqueur, myrtle, lavender oil, baked bread, sourdough, rye, thyme and rosemary. Drink now, this is very good: 9./10.
