Tasting note: the Champagne is deep lemon in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of lemon blossom, jasmine, whisteria, yellow grapefruit, apple chips, Meyer lemon, biscuit, sourdough, fennel and verbena. On the palate this wine is off-dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of jasmine, magnolia, pink grapefruit, red apple, oolong tea, green tea, cream, cheese, yogurt and thyme. Drink now, this is very good: 9.3/10.
