Tasting note: the Brut Champagne is pale god in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of lemon blossom, magnolia, lemon, honeycrisp apple, brioche, butter and mint. On the palate this wine is off-dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of lemon blossom, lemon, apple, nectarine, blanched almond, framboise, cream and peppermint. Drink now, this sparkling wine from Champagne is good: 8.8/10.
