Winemaking notes: 75% Pinot Noir & 25% Chardonnay. “Pinot Noir, from the Grand Cru Vineyards of Bouzy and Ambonnay, which bring structure, vinosity, fruitiness and crisp to the cuvée; Chardonnay from the Grand Cru Vineyards of Avize, heart of the Côte des Blancs.” Wine harvest base 2010 + 27,5% wine reserves. Malolactic fermentation carried out at 100%. 42 months aging period on the lees and finished with a dosage of 9g/L.

Tasting note: the Grand Cru Champagne is pale gold in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of acacia, pineapple, lemon drop, Bosch pear, white raspberry, hazelnut, cream, marzipan, French vanilla, honeycomb, fennel and neroli oil. On the palate this wine is off-dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of acacia, pineapple, lemon, pear, white raspberry, hazelnut, cream, marzipan, vanilla, honey, fennel and neroli oil. Drink now, this Grand Cru Champagne is very good: 9.2/10.
