Winemaking notes: 70% Rolle (Vermentino) & 30% Sauvignon Blanc grown on the clay-limestone soils in Cassis, this blend is not permitted by AOC regulation and is bottled under the regional IGP. The grapes are de-stemmed and the mist is fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks. 

Tasting note: the IGP Méditerranée Blanc is medium lemon in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of orange blossom, nectarine, tangerine and lemongrass. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of orange blossom, honeydew, peach, pear, cream, beeswax, anise and a touch of sage. Drink now through 2026, this wine is very good: 9.1/10.
