Winemaking notes: 50% Grenache Noir, 25% Cinsault, 15% Mourvèdre & 10% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on clay-limestone soils, hand-harvested and the wine is made in the direct press method.
Tasting note: the Cassis Rosé is medium pink in color with a clean nose of medium-minus intensity with aromas of tangerine, white peach, grapefruit and garrigue. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of orange blossom, mandarin preserves, satsuma, tangelo, peach, fennel and thyme. Drink now through 2026, this rosé is very good: 9.5/10. A gorgeous and expressive rosé, superb!
