Winemaking notes: the Saint-Joseph is medium lemon in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of hawthorn, honeysuckle, melon, peach, almond and green tea. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of hawthorn, marigold, dandelion tea, white peach, quince, green tea and nettle.
