On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of hawthorn, jasmine, dandelion tea, Anjou pear, nectarine, honeydew, quince, nettle, beeswax, tarragon and thyme.
