Winemaking notes: 100% Aligoté, HVE-farmed, from hillside vineyards in the ‘Les Bouchines’ and ‘Les Loèures’ climats with marl soils. The wine is aged for one year on the fine lees in tank.
Tasting note: the Bouzeron is pale gold in color with a clean nose of medium-minus intensity with aroma of lilac, orange blossom, lemon, chalk, wet stones. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medoum-minus finish with flavors of lemon blossom, lemon, tangerine, nectarine, chalk and wet stones. Drink now, this wine is simple and acceptable: 8.5/10.
