Winemaking notes: 100% Chardonnay 60-year-old vines from estate’s 29ha of vineyards. The wine was fermented mostly in steel tank with 20% fermented in neutral French oak and was aged on the lees with full malolactic fermentation for twelve months.
Tasting note: the Chablis is pale gold in color clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of lilac, jasmine, apple, pear, nut butter, hazelnut liqueur and pineapple mint. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of lilac, jasmine, chamomile, Anjou pear, red apple, cream, wet stones, chalk and fennel. Drink now through 2026, this wine is very good: 9.2/10.
