Winemaking notes: 100% Pinot Noir grown on marl soils. The grapes are pressed and some of the juice is left on the skins. The wine is aged in tank with no malolactic fermentation.
Tasting note: the Sancerre Rosé is medium pink in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of hibiscus, carnation, strawberry, watermelon, wax, bubble gum spice and fennel. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of carnation, hibiscus tea, plum, peach, melon, mint and lavender oil. Drink now, this wine is good: 8.9/10.
