Winemaking notes: 100% Savignin with no oak or oxidative aging. The wine is pressed whole cluster and the mist is fermented in tank at a low temperature and the wine is aged on the fine lees for two months. 

Tasting note: the Côtes du Jura Savignin is pale gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of magnolia, hawthorn, grilled almond, lemon, fresh apricot and pineapple mint. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of hawthorn, dandelion tea, lilac, pineapple jam, pear, lemon, wet stones, chalk , saline and pineapple mint.
