Winemaking notes: 100% Riesling from clay and limestone vineyards around Riquewihr, the wine is fermented in tank and aged in the fine lees for six months.
Tasting note: the Alsace Riesling is pale gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of lemon blossom, magnolia, green apple, lemon, wet stones and petrol. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium-minus body, medium flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of lemon blossom, kiwi, green apple, Fiji apple and pineapple mint.
