Winemaking notes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel cuves for 3-4 weeks at a temperature less than 20 degrees Celsius. Fermentation takes place naturally with indigenous yeasts. Wine ages for 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel. Depending on the vintage, the lees are stirred two to three times during this time
Tasting note: the Minet Pouilly Fumé is pale lemon in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of blossom, white peach, pear drop, and lemon zest. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium minus finish with flavors of lemon, white peach, almond skin, lycee, pino grapefruit and lemongrass.
