Tasting note: the Nicolle ‘Mont de Milieu’ is medium gold in color with a slightly prem-ox’d nose of medium intensity with aromas of blossom, wet stone, chalk, Meyer lemon, apple strudel and honeycomb. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acidity, high alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of red apple, cinnamon, vanilla, cheese, beeswax and mint. Atypical and licking balance, but not bad, this wine is good: 8.6/10. Drink now.
