Tasting note: the ‘Perle de la Ronze’ is deep purple in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of violet, Japanese plum, cassis, smoked game, duck breast, earth and white pepper. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, high alcohol, full body, medium+ flavor intensity and a long finish with flavor of violet, lavender, potpourri, blackberry jam, kirsch, tomato leaf, wax, smoked game and bay leaf.
