Tasting note: the Darzac is medium lemon in color with a clean nose of medium-minus intensity with aromas of nectarine, lemon, grapefruit and lemongrass. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium minus body, medium flavor intensity and a medium minus finish with flavors of blossom, dragon fruit, white peach, jalapeño, lemongrass, and spearmint. This wine is simple but good: 8.6/10.
